Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility.
The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintain efficient
operational standards across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure smooth operations
- Implement company policies and procedures across all departments
- Provide leadership, training, and support to team members
- Ensure excellent service delivery and handle guest complaints professionally
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to achieve business goals
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
