Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our facility. The successful candidate will oversee staff, ensure exceptional service delivery, and maintain efficient operational standards across all departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Implement company policies and procedures across all departments
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to team members
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and handle guest complaints professionally
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets to achieve business goals
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
