We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm hospitality and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all guest inquiries efficiently
  • Manage reservations and update booking systems
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Respond to guests’ needs and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
