Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to menu planning and development.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet expectations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in creating and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Chef or Cook
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Certification in culinary arts or related field is an added advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, incl+uding weekends and holidays
